Hello, earlier today I tried submitting a support request via support.ccleaner (Ticket Number 24824416) to refund my accidental renewal after updating my payment details. However, it has been stuck on Initializing for multiple attempts and the button is greyed out. I would like to ask for possible assistance and resolution for this matter.
