I have contacted customer service several times now, but I have not received any response within 10 days. I purchased a subscription, but I am unable to manage or cancel it. When I try to do so, I only receive the response to contact customer service. This procedure does not comply with our country's consumer protection laws, and I will soon have to seek compensation if I cannot reach customer service and cancel my subscription.
I surely cannot recommend this service or product if this wont be solved hastly.
