Customer service is terrible

My renewal through Cleverbridge was completely screwed up, I paid for a 1 year sub for 3 devices and received a 1 year/1 device sub instead.

I have tried multiple times over the past month to reach CCleaner and Cleverbridge Support through their Web form, chat and email, none respond.

I am going to cancel my subscription.

Error, I paid for a 2 year/3 device sub and got only a 1 year/1 device sub
