Customer "care" team doesn't respond anymore

My licence was renewed one month before the due date, I sent an email to support and they replied offering me an additional 6 months if I kept the licence, an upgrade to CCleaner profressional plus or a refund as I was in the 30 day warranty period. I replied that I wanted a refund 15 days ago. I replied again that I wanted a refund 9 days later when I did not receive a reply or the amount I had been charged. As they still didn’t reply I started another support ticket three days ago but I still haven’t received any reply after the first email I sent.
I am very disappointed, I was thinking of buying the licence again later but now I don’t trust them anymore.
