Current Progress Stuck at 0

I'm having an issue trying to recover some files off a hard drive camcorder. It finds the files after a couple of seconds and they have status of Excellent. When I click on Recover, it just shows the "current progress 0%" that never moves and "calculating time left" never changes.

Log is below: (I can't get a dump file. I get access denied.)

This problem has been reported before, unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a fix for this behaviour.

You could try some alternates such as the free version of Handy Recovery or the crippleware version of DiskDigger.

Thanks Richard. I saw some posted earlier in the year and didn't know if any progress had been made on it. Thanks for the suggestions. I got several files back with PhotoRec, but haven't had luck with the other file that I need.

Thanks for the log. We'll have a look at this :)
