Good luck, Plt. I don't think Ccleaner has a telephone -- or any personnel, for that matter. I've found it impossible to actually speak to anyone. It must all be an elaborate, automated computer program.

That link was for contacting customer support. Or, as John mentioned, you can email them directly at support@ccleaner.com. There is quite a large support team who will usually respond within a few hours. I note that when the thread starter took the advice to contact customer support with his billing inquiry (he had two separate accounts under two separate email addresses) he did so at 3:42pm in the afternoon and received a response from support at 8:09am the following morning.
We do not offer phone support - as you might imagine, millions of customers across 190+ countries speaking 50+ different supported languages would create quite the logistical challenge for a voice channel.
