To delete the second user account you can go to Control Panel and double click on User Accounts and delete from there.

The main thing I don't understand is how this could have happened if it wasn't done by CCleaner,
theres many possibilities, nortons wouldnt pick up this kind of stuff because its only a registry key.
its no big deal, lots of tricky things such as hide control panel and lock control panel can all be entered in this category.
I don't want to be accusing some program if it wasn't the cause.
i can honestly say that it WAS NOT Ccleaner that did this because ccleaner doesnt create any registry keys that im aware of besides its own settings.
