Control Panel Blank in Vista

I just downloaded the Eusing Registry cleaner and it found 946 entries that were fixed. Afterwards, my control panel

was blank, so I suspected the newly cleaned registry to be the problem. I restored the backup it made and rebooted, but the control

panel is still blank. What can I do?

Does Vista use System Restore?

If so, maybe you could try a restore point to before using the reg cleaner.
