Anyone know how to contact these folks? I just attempted to email them on the Paypal reciept I rec'd & the address was no good. R these folks legit?

See if this works. It won't be immediate. This company is a few people at most and they're doing it on their own and they run on donations. If you want a refund and it takes a while (I.E. a few days) there's another option I could try.
