as soon as I click Finish, Ccleaner opens Firefox to Ccleaner website. Then: ERROR - MUST CLOSE FIREFOX TO CONTINUE. This is stupid plan. Either don't offer start box or don't open browser!

I expect that if I try to ANALYZE or RUN CLEANER with Firefox open.

Me too, which is why I use a desktop shortcut
H:\Utils\CCleaner\CCleaner.cmd /AUTO /SHUTDOWN
And possibly the 'Automatically Check for Updates to CCleaner' box is checked causing the FF browser to open.
