Hi there, I’ve just taken over the admin for our CCleaner Cloud and each day when i log in i have a tab at the top that says “You have 39 (example number) computers awaiting confirmation. Click here to review these”
When i click the link i get taken to a list of computers that i assign to their respective groups. However the next day, i have the same message.
What am i doing wrong (or what has been done wrong in the past)? And how can i fix it so that i dont have this issue each day.
Hi @robp1,
Please contact our CCleaner cloud support team via the Contact Us page on our Help Centre selecting platfom as Cloud and Product as CCleaner Cloud from the Product page.
Once you have clicked Submit, please click Start Chat to give details to an agent so we can assist you further.
I have contacted the support team and they manually reset the computers for me. However when a computer is restarted it goes back to the “awating confirmation” state. We currently have over 50 machines in this state. Ive tried replying back to the support team via email but I’ve not received a response. It is case number #23808504 if you could kindly take a look i would be very grateful as currently it is not a useable program for us and we will be cancelling our subscription.
I have requested the CCleaner Cloud team follow up on your case.
If you have not had a response within 24 hours please message me back so I can follow up on this.
Laurence, the support team reached out and i replied and 9 days later i’ve finally got another reply saying the log files are aout of date (because they sat on them for 9 days!). The support we have received is unacceptable for a tech company and as such we wont be renewing our subscription.
