Computer will not start after running paid for version of ccleaner

I paid for and installed CCleaner Professional yesterday.

I ran several of the recommendations on my windows 10 deckstop computer.
The computer I ran them on now will not complete startup.

The cursor icon is a spinning circle and an error message pops up, however, it goes away so quickly that it is unreadable.
