How does one go about getting completely rid of porn files and clean up computer?

If you haven't deleted them yet : Put them all in one folder, add that folder to CCleaner's Include list (don't forget to check the "Custom Files/Folders" checkbox), select "Secure File Deletion" and "Simple Overwrite". Then run CCleaner.
Else, you'll have to use CCleaner's Wipe Free Space feature.
...That is, assuming you want to make sure nobody will be able to tell you have watched porn. Also, don't forget to use the porn mode Private Browsing feature, which is in all moden browsers, to watch that kind of thing.

If you're really paranoid, take out the HDD, smack it with a sledghehammer, shred it, burn it, and dance on it. Then, buy a new one.
use a separate browser such as Firefox portable with lots of cleanup and blocker plugins and ALSO use CCleaner to clean the flash cookies . . . of course yes some traces will still be there (such as flash history sometimes) sooo best way to get rid of all traces of porn is to not use a public/shared computer or to watch a DVD
note, to parents if OP is a MINOR: I am not condoning the use of Porn nor the propagation of it's substance to a person who is not legally eligible for such information, really you should teach your child to respect s*x and the female/male forms, however I do acknowledge that Adult material does exist and can be used to aid in . . . well nuff said.

On a serious note, if the OP wants to browse porn and leave no traces I'd suggest using something like Returnil, at least then ALL traces are gone at restart along with any dodgy downloads

Marc if you're cleaning up someones computer for them you should really follow this malware removal topic since such content can also infect a system, then worry about deleting any leftover non-infected offending files from the computer as well as naughty bookmarks.
