Combining two licences into one
To combile licences you will need to contact support and ask for a “Licence Merge”.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
