I have updated my CCleaner Professional to v 6.23 on my Windows laptop, and have read that Cloud Drive Cleaner is now available to all registered users. Where so I find this facility, and are there any instructions on its use, or is it intuitive?
Click on 'My Account' top right of the CCleaner window and it's in the menu there.
It will open a page in your browser and should guide you as you use it.

Also note that it is still a <strong>Beta</strong> product.
Beta testing means software that is considered stable enough for general users to try and to give user feedback about - but it isn't 'fully' released and a Beta product may have features missing or may contain unexpected bugs.

I have just paid for Pro, I cant see Cloud Drive Cleaner from the menu as a option? Any ideas?

I have no idea why it isn't showing for you.
I would try a reinstall of CCleaner.
Download an installer from here and double click it to reinstall a new CCleaner over the top of your existing one. ie. don't uninstall your existing one first.

(We usually reccommend using the 'Slim; installer, same CCleaner just a slightly different installer).
By doing it over the top like that it will pick up your existing registration.
However iIf you do want to uninstall first then be sure to make a note of your licence key, because doing it that way you will need to reregister after reinstalling.
