The program shuts down and does not open
Can you give more information please such as operating system and service pack.
Any error messages?
Please put this command into your windows run box (Including the quote marks)
"C:\Program files\Speccy\Speccy.exe" /debug
replace c:\program files\Speccy with the location of your speccy install if different
start with everything checked
Then when it closes immediatly go into the c:\program files\speccy (or your install folder) and grab the .log file attach/or paste the contents of said file to this thread.
Also you don't say the version of speccy (don't just say "latest version" that is unhelpful) and your operating system version and Service pack level (i.e. Speccy version 1.13.276 on Windows 7 32 bit SP 1 )
