I have just noticed that the System Restore feature doesn't work even in the latest version. It fails to list all the current restore points even though they exist because I have checked using System Restore via the Control Panel. I have used this feature many times in the past in CCleaner and only just noticed that it doesn't work in the latest version and also the previous version.

Worked ok for me just now. Listed all and I deleted the oldest of seven points, then oldest of six points.

Have you waited long enough (sometimes takes time to show the restore points in CCleaner)?
IIRC there's a service that needs to be enabled to see points in XP but I can't remember what it is
