I cannot find the option to schedule cleaning in CC7. Am I missing something or does this feature not exist anymore. I have written to this company twice, but no response. I think I’m going to ask for my money back.
While not currently in the program, we’ve been told it being worked on for a soon update.
If you want to light a fire under their bums, go to the Ideas Portal under planned and in progress and leave a vote for scheduling.
Scheduling, through windows task scheduler is now available (i don’t think it’s paywalled but i’ll try a testt tonight if possible) go to Settings > Scheduling and either enable the default (off by default 7pm run a healthcheck) or create one (i have 7pm run custom clean)
There does not yet seem to be a setting to just clean browser like monitor did (pretty sure you can trigger a task when a program closes so it is possible i think).
Automatic scheduling for paid users
Looks like it’s paid only.
Paid users can now create automatic cleaning schedules in CCleaner 7! Use our recommended settings or build your own custom schedules. Scheduling feature available within Settings.
