Cleaning multiple instances of Chrome

One can use multiple instances of the Chrome browser, each with its own cache, data and cookie storage. Just add another Chrome shortcut, and change the target (in Properties) to something like C:\<Program path>\chrome.exe --user-data-dir="C:\<User-data>" --disk-cache-dir="C:\<Disk-cache>. This will reallocate the user data for this Chrome session to the paths specified. This feature is very useful. I.e. if you have multiple Google+, Facebook and/or Twitter accounts, you can use different Chrome instances for each account and be logged in to those accounts simultaneously.

CCleaner however only cleans the default paths. This means that the caches and (more importantly) the cookies set in the non-default sessions are not removed.

There should be a way to add non-default paths to CCleaner, either manually or preferably automatically. I can't find it; do I overlook something, or isn't it there?

Is this of use to you?

It's useful, but not the solution. E.g., you can't selectively delete cookies for the other session(s). Thanks for the tip, though!
