cleaning cookies etc in other drives/partions

Several related questions:

1) I have partioned my hard drive into several partions. My browsers have been installed in a partion other than C:\\

(including the caches, cookie files, etc.) How do I get CCleaner to treat those programs on a different drive?

2) How do I get CCleaner to clean other drives/partions? I know I can wipe the white space on other drives, but how do I get it to do the other clean functions?
