“Cleaner is still busy with something else”

Please could you let me know what version of CCleaner you are using?
You can see this by selecting Settings on the left of CCleaner and Updates from the menu that appeas.
Current version 7.3.1120.0 - matter resolved.
Open the Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
In the Programs and Features window, find and select CCleaner.
Click Repair.
