Cleaner 1.115.507

I downloaded the new version of Cleaner 1.115.507 today after installing OSMojave. There is few bugs. This is the first time I've had any issues with this program.

1) It won't let me custom resize the program to fill my screen using the side-arrows. when I shut it down, it goes back it its original size.

2) when you run the cleaner, the dialog box ask you do you want to permanently deletes files (yes or no) and the you can tick, don't show this message again. it asks every time. doesn't go away.

3) same thing it will ask you to do internal task (yes or no) same thing, the box appears every time even after ticking the message away. BTW this is the pro version. anybody else experiencing this?

We're pretty low on Mac users who might help you, but, since you have professional version you should contact the developers directly at https://piriform.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

NERGAL, you said the same thing to me a year ago.

And sadly it's still true. They, honestly, released it with little focus on supporting it. I've had a call out to our need of Mac knowledge from very early into the production cycle of Ccleaner Mac, May of 2012 to be exact.

i'm not employed by the developers, i'm a user like you (except not mac). I can just do my best to direct pro users to the priority support they paid for.

A Quick update to this topic, I removed a program and the Cleaner works fine except for not being able to manually custom resize to enlarge it. When you access it, it defaults to minimal size. When I tried to resize it, and defaults to original size. Is it Cleaner or Mojave doing it? I can maximize using the green button. the dialog boxes don't come up anymore and asks for my password once. Any clues?

Skip C, I am currently using CCleaner Pro 1.15.507 on the latest Mojave beta 10.14.1 (build 18B45d) [note this beta was released after Mojave went public] and I cannot replicate the issue you're experiencing with resizing the application. Upon changing the window size and close CCleaner, the app retains my recent changes.

You may want to try booting in Safe mode to see if you can save the window changes then. If so, then another application is causing the issue.https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
