Recently I have had malware attached to IE and Chrome. Adds pop up for new flash driver, new updates, play a game, etc. I run ccleaner, advances system care7 iobit malware and none of them clean out the problem does anyone have a suggestion???

I suggest following the advice given in the link or doing a Google search that is relevent to your problem. I apologize for this but I can only assume that there were problems in the past prior to me joining the forum. Good luck - Derek.
As Derek mentioned we can't give any malware removal advice, but what you have sounds a bit more like adware, for which I'd recommend adwcleaner
