Charged for CCleaner subscription but didn’t get any confirmation email — need a refund.

I was charged for a CCleaner subscription but I never received any confirmation email — I might have made a typo in my address during signup. I already contacted support, but no one has replied. I only have one week left to request a refund, so please help me solve this issue as soon as possible.
