I was recently charged after cancelling a free trial well before it expired. And in being charged unexpectedly it caused me to overdraft my bank account and then cause overdraft fees which I now have to struggle to pay as well. I was not notified that I was being charged. And also never received an email saying I had been charged and given a key which I find entirely suspicious. I am so angry and find it atrocious that it has taken over 48 hours for my email to even receive a response. Just out here taking peoples money and not giving a damn,
Edited to add: I have contacted the BBB about this matter as well.
