Changing to CCleaner 7

If you have upgraded to CCleaner 7 then it should have picked up your licence key.
Open CCleaner 7, go to Settings > My Subscription, and see if it says that it is activated as Professional.

If for some reason it hasn’t picked up your key then you can enter your key into CCleaner 7 to register/Activate it as Professional.
Open CCleaner 7, go to Settings > My Subscription, and enter your licence key.

We now have numerous posts from users dissapointed with the new v7 and asking if/how they can roll back to v6.39. Whilst normally I would say that you should use the latest version that works on your machine I also believe that you should have the choice to roll back from a major feature update. Particularly if/when that update is flawed. All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems daft to me, but that is what we have been told).
