Changing to CCleaner 7

I have had CCleaner Professional for several years and have been very pleased. Somehow, I was changed to CCleaner 7 which is a disaster. I no longer have the “professional” model of CCleaner. I am being asked to upgrade to correct any issues. I am not certain what happened. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU DO NOT HAVE A TOLL FREE HELP LINE OR AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE I CAN FIND ASSISTANCE. MY ONLY CHOICE NOW IS TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR CCLEANER WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. SAD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

If you have upgraded to CCleaner 7 then it should have picked up your licence key.
Open CCleaner 7, go to Settings > My Subscription, and see if it says that it is activated as Professional.

If for some reason it hasn’t picked up your key then you can enter your key into CCleaner 7 to register/Activate it as Professional.
Open CCleaner 7, go to Settings > My Subscription, and enter your licence key.

Alternatively you can roll back to v6.39:

All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems daft to me, but that is what we have been told).
