Changing names again: ‘Metro’ becomes ‘Windows’

Apparently, that brief discussion constituted the official announcement of Microsoft’s new app terminology — no press releases for online and print news, no song-and-dance in a major presentation by Microsoft leadership. No, the company has quietly re-re-redefined “Metro apps” as “Windows apps.”

About as confusing as car makers calling certain sedans a coupe, in my world 4-doors don't equal coupe. :lol: As for Microsoft's terminology lets see if Win10 impresses people to want it, or aggravates people into leaving Windows.
