Change email address in my account

My license for CC Pro Plus will expire 08/11/2025. My email address has changed, and I find no option to notify the company how they can contact me for renewal. Trying to use ‘Help’ gets me bounced out with some slogan like ‘we think you’re a robot’.
Anyone know how to contact CC support, or CS, or even get access to my account to change email address (and telephone #)?

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
So if the email you use when sending the form is not the one that you registered when purchasing CCleaner then you will not be seen as someone who has paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
