Good morning everyone, I have purchased and installed Recuva, but I am having problems with it on my laptop. I would like to install it on another computer. Is it possible to do so with the same serial number? How should I proceed? Thank you.
If you would like to give more details of the problems you are having with Recuva on the laptop then we may be able to help.
But Yes - You can swap the key onto a different machine without any problem.
(You really don’t need to though, see the PS below).
Just install Recuva on the second computer and use the same key.
You should then remove it from the first one of coures, although you can then put the free version on that.

PS. The Free version of Recuva does exactly the same recovery as the paid for version, there is no difference in function whatsoever.
Essentially if you pay for a Recuva licence then you are only paying for support. (Which you can get here for Free for most issues).
