CCleanerr Pro V 6.39.11548 (64-bit) will not upgrade on my license that does not expire until May 2026

I have tried every month when the popup says a new version is available for the past six months and the update fails. It corrupts the version I had (I learned that after the first try to get up to version 7 so I have a back up of my working version and have kept things running using that).

Is there a clean and safe way to get my product updated to the current version?

Do I have to cancel my subscription and downgrade to a free version of version 7? (actually I tried to load the free version of version 7 and add my active version 6 pro license and then it told me my license was invalid)
So what gives?

Please help me get updated to the latest without frustration and losing functionality.

I used the link you gave me and here are the problems:

-The Interface still insists my license is not valid

-the interface truncates the display. Let me explain, I use a larger zoom factor of 125% due to my visual deficiency. As a developer myself, I know when certain libraries and UI stacks are being used for a product as they do not manage larger zoom aspects and geometry correctly. This update of your product interface no longer provides correct geometry management of the UI and thus the left side bar menu cannot be fully viewed. Also, the screen frame where you show the metrics from the scan does not allow me to scroll to see all the information being presented. Please don’t suggest I change my zoom factor as then I cannot see the display due to my visual problem.

  • Due to the interface display issues, I cannot navigate the product to see if it is working correctly. the left sidebar menu keeps popping in and out and I cannot get to the lower menu items that are truncated.
  • I now need to back down to my old version again in order to use the product
