I installed CCleanerBundle 639 as directed. After installtion the Plus package runs and was registered per dialog. Subsequent executions run an installer that falls back to the Professional package (no tools).
Professional Plus is simply a licence that allows you to install and use CCleaner Professional on up to 3-devices.
The app itself is still just CCleaner Professional.
(Or CCleaner Free if you haven’t put your key into it).
Your comment about “no tools” leads me to believe that what you are seeing is the new CCleaner7.
If it is already activated as Professional then you won’t see the yellow ‘Upgrade Now’ button.
If you are having issues with CCleaner 7 then consider going back to v6.39: How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39
