You need to be a member and take part on the forums for a while before you can post images or links.

I also tried independently to change rule to only run at startup and it produced a vague error and could not perform action.
I don’t know just what has got screwed up with the task here but I would try reinstalling your CCleaner.
Download an installer from here (use the ‘Slim’, 3rd one down) and double click the downloaded file to do a new install: CCleaner - Download Builds
DON’T uninstall your existing CCleaner first and the new install should pick up your licence key and settings automatically. (But make a note of your key first anyway, just in case).
Then try again setting the Crash Reporting task to run at startup.
