As we all know a huge part of the community is not really happy with the newest version of CCleaner.
Has the company or dev-team posted a statement somewhere where they address the concerns / unhappiness of the community ?

It seems the answer is NOPE. Apparently they want to keep a distance between them and the customers.
Good thinking ! programming is a great job, but those pesky software buyers
