Ccleaner7 has stopped working. I get to Scan now but no further.

Hi @Keiran,
Please send me a screenshot showing what you see when CCleaner gets stuck, addionaly follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Replicate the issue on your end.

  2. In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.

  3. Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.

  4. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.

  5. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.

  6. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

  7. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

Ok, it has been fixed. I uninstalled it and downloaded again and it is working.
