Thank you for Ccleaner,

Stats: windows 7 pro 64-bit, Ccleaner v 5.24.5841

Dear Sirs:

I will be making my yearly donation around Jan 1, 2017.

I am afraid to update Ccleaner due to the windows 10 crap.

I am having a slight problem with Ccleaner.

It hangs at about 3% for a short time before continuing.

Does it hang at the cleaning IE stage?

Thanks for responding.

In the window with the message "this process will permanently delete files

from your system". When I hit Ok it hangs fro a short time.

Along the top will be a progress bar and below that it shows the current category being cleaned.

What does it say when it hangs for a while?

And now long are we talking?

But it sounds normal, or at worst, you are experiencing the issues CC now has in cleaning the new way IE has changed.

It is cleaning IE when it happens.

Took about ten seconds. Sometimes might be 15 to 20 seconds.
