I ran ccleaner using its default settings. Now I cannot open or mail the pictures. I see them but when I try to open them with, lets say windows pictures, nothing happens. And when I right click on it to send it, windows live says there is an error. This has never happened before until I ran ccleaner. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a way to open and mail the pictures like I had done previously? Thank anyone for their help.
It sounds like you used the registry section, can you confirm or refute that supposition?

I must have removed it because I can't find it anywhere on my computer. All I have is the defrag program I downloaded. I am going to remove that as well until I read and understand what it is really going to do. My fault. It didn't really mess anything up. I just have to change the properties on some of the pics and videos and it will be back to the way it was. But thank you so much for you help anyway.
