Just install CCleaner on the other drive.

As I said just install it on all the drives you want to use it on. You need to install it because it will write to the registry. In the Cookies options all that info is written to the registry. So there isn't much point in just copying CCleaner folder to another drive.
You can copy the portable version to the disk without installing. If you don't want to save your settings to the registry, select the "Save all settings to INI file" option.
