Ccleaner won't start with windows

I checked the box that says start with windows in the settings but it only starts up for a few seconds then exits out

That's what it does, it automatically cleans and exits without any user interaction.

Effectively the same thing as running: ccleaner.exe /AUTO

How do I get it to keep running and not exit?

Try this:

1. Disable having it run on startup via the settings.

2. Manually create a new shortcut pointing to ccleaner.exe in your User Profile Startup folder located in the Start Menu>All Programs area.

That will effectively have it load and just sit there waiting for input from you.

Ok thanks. I think I'll just let it run then exit since it would just be using up resources if it is idle
