CCleaner won't start up

Hello,

I installed CCleaner on two different computers, one with windows 10 and f-secure AV, CCleaner works fine, and one laptop with windows 11 and f-secure AV, CCleaner won't start up. I can't figure out how to solve this problem. I tried several solutions like starting and installing as administrator, online AV and Anti malware scanning, closing the AV program etc. but non of them seems to get ccleaner working. Does anyone has a clue?

It does sound like an issue with the AV.

Try making sure that it is up to date.

Tip - Check their website, we have often seen AV's report that they are 'up-to-date' when in fact there is a later version on the website. (It's the definitions that are up-to-date and not the AV itself).

Problem solved, updated my av en run as administrator did the trick
