I did a driver update restart in CCleaner when my computer rebooted ccleaner wont scan or anything else
does it only show ckoud drive and dyplicate finder, but for some reason shows the scan screen for healthcheck with a scan button that does nothing?
if so:
exit CCleaner
press Win+R
type services.msc abd press enter
find CCleaner 7 in the list of services
is it marked running and automatic?
if not start it and CCleaner will work again
if this solves the issue, sounds like something is stopping it from starting at reboot, maybe a antimalware software?
I have the same problem except I did not do a driver update. CCleaner7 does not SCAN when I press scan now button. Tried this multiple times but nothing happens. Help page does not offer individual help via chat or email. Feel helpless!

We have just released CCleaner v7.2. Please update to this version by going to Settings> Updates, and let me know if you still experience this issue.
Hello Laurence, When I click on “Check for Updates” the button goes from blue to grey, but nothing happens. Similarly when I click on Duplicate Finder- nothing happens. My CCleaner7 is effectively dead as I can’t do anything! Screenshot attached. Please email me at XXXXXXXXXXXX so I can send you more screenshots
If I uninstall CCleaner7 can I download v7.2?
