New to the forum, b/c I've never had a problem with CCleaner that I couldn't fix before.

(Running CCleaner v4.10.4570 (64-bit) through IE 11 on a Win7 (64-bit) machine)
Here's the situation:
I've got 3 accounts on my machine. On the admin account and 1 limited account, CCleaner opens, runs, and cleans perfectly.
On 1 limited account, CCleaner will open, but the "Analyze" button remains greyed out.
My response:
I ran SuperAntiSpyware on all 3 accounts.
Retried CCleaner -- good on 2 accounts, does not initialize on third.
Manually deleted browsing history and temp files. Retried CCleaner, no change.
I can't figure out why this is happening.
Any ideas, anyone?
