I clean, clean, and clean, but the Issues entries wont go away. Same entries in the Issues everytime I scan for issues. What's going on there, how can I fix this. Thank you in advance.

There are 21 Incalid Default Icons like that. The only difference is pkmres.dll files, they have different numbers (9, 11, 12, 13 and so far) There are also unused files extensions, and obsolete key What can be done?
