I want to know if CCleaner can be used with SSD. Is it safe or is it only for HDD? Thanks

I just read. Why you guys dont do a CCLeaner version for SSD? People who dont know, may do secure file deletion, or wipe free space, or Drive Wiper. This can damage their ssd.
