CCleaner Wiping out Microsoft Edge Settings

Whenever CCleaner runs it wipes out the Cookies and Other Site data I tell Edge not to clear.

See the attached file for the exact data being removed when CCleaner runs.

Are you using Custom Clean settings or Health Check settings?
