CCLeaner Wipe Free Space Problem

I decided to wipe free space from my laptop this morning, and nearing the end, I ended up pressing cancel because the bar stopped moving and I had to do something more important

It left me this 300+GB File that I can't even delete, and nothing I try to delete it works. My laptop is slowing down because of it, and I need help on how to delete it, because even CCleaner can't delete it.

Everytime I try to delete it, either it reappears (like when I Shift + Delete it) or it doesn't allow itself to be deleted (like when I try to shred it).

it normally auto-disappears after a reboot.

if not, try deleting it with the laptop in Safe Mode.
