Hello! I am unsure of what to do as I tried the "advanced" function, wipe free space, of ccleaner (cleaner > windows > advanced > wipe free space) and then I read that the wipe free space might have complications when run on an ssd, but I havent found anywhere suggestion this happens when using it from the cleaning function.
I have tried finding answers to this online but I havent found anything so I am trying to ask here...
What I read was that ssd can get "broken" when using the drive wiper tool, but there was nothing about using the wpe free space function on its own in the cleaner.
When I ran it it didnt take any time at all to finish, and I tried running it once on its own and it finishes in a second, so I am not sure it did anything.
Contrary to what Ive read, when you use the free space wipe on an ssd my pc did not get any boot errors and the rest of my pc works seemingly just fine, so anyone know if the free space wipe of the cleaner tool affects the ssd just like the drive wiper tool does?
Sorry if I repeated myself too much, just tried to make things clear...
