CCleaner Windows Verison 6

Hi there,

Does anyone in the community still keep the setup file for CCleaner for Windows version 6…..? I need it to install in my laptops because the current version is CCleaner7, which does not include the intelligent browser cleaning. The feature that when we exit browsers, there is a notification at the bottom right part of the screen that displays Cleaning Google Chrome …MB

How to Roll Back from v7 to v6.39

We now have numerous posts from users dissapointed with the new v7 and asking if/how they can roll back to v6.39. Whilst normally I would say that you should use the latest version that works on your machine I also believe that you should have the choice to roll back from a major feature update. I do not know whether @Nergal is a system-generated auto reply or a live person. Anyway, many thanks for giving the link to CCleaner Professional Version 639. I have been a subscriber to CCleaner for several years. I found it that when time goes by, the updates are just something turning back to the past. Version 7 as far as the support told me it was still in Beta. I also had a bad experience with Kamo, at the earlier phase, it was O.K. that once we were in the private mode, we could surf the webs without limitation. It was like that till a time that the update limits your surfing to the webs that we had put into the exception list! Other VPNs do not have that limitation.
