CCleaner Pro has been installed & working fine since I bought it in Sept 2025. Now, the dialog box opens and after clicking ok, nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled/ reinstalled several times.
Which operating system do you use? Win 10 or Win 11? Are you using CCleaner version 7? Which anti virus do you use?
As a test, can you try and see if the free version from here works for you (after uninstalling your present version and rebooting)
If it does, then just enter your key and it will turn to Pro version (Settings - My subscription)
