I've added the widget to my home screen. It appeared to not install. So, I added it again, it it says there is already one on there, and asks me if I like to add it again. I do, and still can't see it, nor will it open when I press where it should be.

I used to have a similar bug on my Galaxy S4 with tapatalk. If you reboot the phone does the icon show? Is it, maybe, on another page on the home screen?
Could you also reply with your phone model and ccleaner version.
Just to make sure you don't see the following anywhere on the homescreen?
